摘　　要： 我国民族区域自治概念的提出和制度的确立,显示了中央政府在回应国内民族利益诉求、保证国内各民族群体的政治参与和经济文化利益时的战略理性。实践证明,在社会主义条件下,民族区域自治制度是有效确立政治合法性和国家认同感的制度保障,是不容动摇的。 The idea of regional autonomy of minority nationalities demonstrates the strategic cognition that the Central Grovement responses to the legal request of civil national interest and guarantees the interest of various na-tionalities to participate in politics and economy and culture.
