摘 要: 钙网蛋白(calreticulin,CRT)不仅是一种主要存在于内质网和肌浆网的可溶性Ca2+结合蛋白,而且在温度、氧气等胁迫、病原以及寄生虫感染等情况下都对细胞起到重要的保护作用。首先解析钙网蛋白的类型、结构与分布,其次分析钙网蛋白在调节细胞内Ca2+平衡、参与机体免疫反应、影响细胞凋亡与血管形成等过程中的生理功能,最后分析钙网蛋白在鱼类、虾类及贝类中的研究。综合分析发现,钙网蛋白可能作为水产养殖中一种分子生物标志物进而反应水产动物的生理状态。 Calreticulin ( CRT ) is not only a major in the endoplasmic reticulum and sarcoplasmic reticulum soluble Ca^2+ -binding protein, hut also play an important protection function for cells in the case of temperature, oxygen stress, pathogens and parasitic infections. This paper firstly resolve the type, structure and distribution of calreticulin, followed by analysis of the physiological function of calreticulin in 2+ the regulation of intracellular Ca balance, participating in the immune response, affecting cell apoptosis and angiogenesis, at last analyze the research progress of calreticulin in fish, shrimp and shellfish. The comprehensive analysis in this paper showed that the CRT may be, used as a molecular biomarker in aquaculture and reflect the physiological state of aquatic animals.
