摘 要: 基于PLC或"PLC+上位机"电力变压器变压法真空干燥状态监控系统,硬件系统相对复杂,需要A/D转换和人机界面组态。监控系统改用"PLC+无纸记录仪",硬件系统大大简化,无需计算机、A/D转换和人机界面组态;在干燥系统罗茨泵的两端并联一旁路阀,降低了罗茨泵的故障率,干燥周期缩短10%~30%,能耗降低1O%~25%,综合生产能力提高15%~25%。 Generally,a monitoring system for transformer’s vacuum drying system in variable-pressure method is mainly made up of PLC or "PLC + upper computer ".Its hardware system is relatively complex which needs A/D digital converter and human-computer interface configuration.A bypass valve is paralleled at both ends of Roots pump in the drying system."PLC + Paperless Recorder "is applied in monitoring system.The practical application shows that the hardware system is greatly simplified,which does not need a computer,A/D digital converter or human-computer interface configuration,the failure rate of Roots pump is reduced,the drying cycle is shortened by 10%~30%,the energy consumption is reduced by 10%~25%,and the comprehensive production capacity is improved by 15%~25%.
