摘 要: [目的]研究南方白甲鱼的染色体核型。[方法]采用植物血球凝集素(PHA)和秋水仙素体内注射法,以头肾为材料制备南方白甲鱼的染色体,并对其组型进行分析。[结果]南方白甲鱼的染色体组型公式是2n=50=12m+14sm+12st+12t,NF=76。通过与其他种白甲鱼属染色体核型进行比较发现,南方白甲鱼核型是鲤科中较原始的类型。[结论]该研究为今后南方白甲鱼的定向育种、良种选育和制定种质标准提供参考依据,也为进一步探讨白甲鱼的系统演化提供基础资料。 [Objective] The aim was to study the karyotype of Onychostoma gerlachi.[Method]Using PHA and colchicine injection method,chromosomes of O.gerlachi were prepared with head kidney as materials and its karyotype was analyzed.[Result] The karyotype formula of O.gerlachi was 2n=50=12m+14sm+12st+12t,NF=76.Through comparing the karyotype between O.gerlachi and other Onychostoma species,it was found that the karyotype of O.gerlachi was the original type in Cyprinidae.[Conclusion] The research not only could provided references for the directive breeding,fine variety selection and the establishment of the germplasm standards,but it also provided basic data for further discussion on the systematic evolution of O.gerlachi.
