摘 要: [目的]研究银杏叶提取物和茶多酚联用对HU-VEC的影响。[方法]用缺氧缺糖方法体外模拟血管供血不足,观察缺氧诱导下人脐内皮细胞(HU-VEC)中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)泄漏量的变化,研究银杏叶提取物和茶多酚对HU-VEC的作用。[结果]缺氧诱导可使内皮细胞GSH-PX活力降低,LDH泄漏量增加;银杏叶提取物、茶多酚以及两者联用组与模型组相比细胞GSH-PX的活力升高,LDH泄漏量有所下降;银杏叶提取物和茶多酚联用效果优于银杏叶提取物组和茶多酚组。[结论]缺氧可损伤HU-VEC的形态和功能;银杏叶提取物和茶多酚对缺氧诱导下的HU-VEC有保护作用,且联用组效果优于单独作用组。 [Objective] To observe the influence of Ginkgo leaf extracts combined with tea polyphenol on HU-VEC.[Method] The method of oxygen-glucose deprivation was used to conduct an in vitro simulation of vascular insufficiency to measure the HU-VEC enzyme activity in GSH-PX and LDH leakage,and study the effects of Ginkgo leaf extracts and polyphenol on HU-VEC.[Result] Hypoxia-induced endothelial cells could reduce GSH-PX activity and increase LDH leakage;In comparison with the model group,the Ginkgo extracts,tea polyphenols and their combination could find that the cell GSH-PX activity rose high and LDH leakage decreased;combined effect of Ginkgo leaf extracts and tea polyphenols was better than either one of them.[Conclusion] Hypoxia could damage the HU-VEC's form and function,Ginkgo extracts and tea polyphenols had a protective effect on hypoxia-induced HU-VEC,and the combination group was better than alone groups.
