摘　　要： 虚拟研发联盟是虚拟组织理念渗透于企业和研发机构而形成的一种R&D联盟新模式。在参考相关文献资料的前提下,从研发集成性、技术敏捷性、知识协同性及资源共享性4个维度,构建了虚拟R&D联盟创新效能评价指标体系,运用网络层次和灰色关联集成评价法,对无锡市物联网产业虚拟R&D联盟创新效能进行了实证分析,并提出了虚拟R&D联盟创新效能提升的对策和建议。 Virtual R＆D alliance is a virtual organization concept penetrating in enterprises and research institutions to form a new model of R＆D alliances. Based on reference to relevant literature, the paper builds a virtual R＆D alliance innovation performance evaluation index system under four dimensions, namely the premise of integration from R＆D, technical agility, knowledge and resource sharing synergies. Then it employs ANP and GRAP integration evaluation method to empirical study on the virtual R＆D alliance innovation efficiency of Internet of things in Wuxi. Finally, the paper puts forward some recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of virtual R＆D alliance innovation.
