摘 要: 为实现基于知识的云制造系统智能按需服务,结合X列表模型和本体、语义推理等语义Web技术,提出语义X列表模型;运用该模型分析云制造系统的本体要素概念、属性及要素之间的联系,建立包括需求任务、云资源、云服务和智能代理本体列表的面向云制造的语义X列表体系本体结构模型,提取并构建基于语义网规则语言的跨列表本体交互规则;设计面向云制造的语义X列表系统体系结构,利用接口与云制造系统的集成通信,将本体知识库、事实库与规则库封装进智能代理列表中进行按需服务组合推理;对具体的云制造任务实例建立了语义X列表模型和规则推理机制,通过推理实验验证了该体系方法的有效性和可扩展性。 To realize service on demand of Cloud Manufacturing Systems(CMS)based on knowledge, the model of Semantic Bill Of X(S-BOX)was proposed by combining with the semantic Web technologies such as Bill Of X(BOX) model, ontology reasoning and semantic reasoning. By using this model, concept, attribute and relationship between the elements of CMS' ontology were analyzed, and S-BOX system ontology structure model oriented to cloud manufacturing was constructed which included demand task, cloud resources, cloud services and intelligent agent ontology bill. The cross bill ontology interactive rules based on Semantic Web Rule Language(SWRL)were extracted and constructed. Furthermore, the architecture of cloud manufacturing oriented S-BOX system structure was designed. Ontology knowledgebase, factbase and rulebase were encapsulated into intelligent agent ontology bill to reason on demand by using integrated communication of cloud manufacturing and interface. Aiming at the concrete cloud manufacturing task, S-BOX model and rule reasoning mechanism were established. The effectiveness and expansibility of proposed system approach were validated by reasoning examples.
