摘 要: 在高密度单脉冲电流处理的H62粗晶黄铜内,首次发现纳米结构的生成,采用电子显微分析方法对其作了不同微观层次的观察和描述,依据用经典热力学计算所得的温升和相图理论,研究了纳米结构的生成机制. Local nanostructures in H62 copper coarse-grained alloy produced by single high current density electropulsing were reported. The procedure of the treatment was briefly introduced.Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) study on the nanostructures was carried out. Some characteristics of the nanostructures were described on different microscaIes. Some coarse grains are completely nanostructured; also others locate in the original grains. The average grain size of these nanostructures is about 5 nm. These nanostructures are composed of cr and β' phases that randomly distribute. Based on a classical thermodynamics formula and phase diagram, a possible mechanism responsible for the formation of nanostructures in the alloy was discussed.
