摘 要: 选用2个品种鸭(绍兴麻鸭、三水白鸭)和2个品种鹅(清远乌鬃鹅、汕头狮头鹅),比较它们对4种饲料原料和4种配合饲粮的干物质和粗蛋白利用差异。结果表明,白鸭对豆粕和棉粕的干物质和粗蛋白表观代谢率和真代谢率显著高于麻鸭,白鸭对4种配合饲粮干物质和粗蛋白真代谢率都显著高于麻鸭;2个品种鹅对不同原料和配合饲粮的干物质真代谢率差异不显著,乌鬃鹅对麸皮的粗蛋白真代谢率显著高于狮头鹅,高、低能量配合饲粮对狮头鹅粗蛋白真代谢率影响比乌鬃鹅小。试验结果说明麻鸭对饲粮营养不均衡的适应性高于白鸭;乌鬃鹅对粗纤维含量较高原料的消化能力高于狮头鹅,狮头鹅对饲粮营养平衡性要求比乌鬃鹅低。 2 varieties of ducks (Sanshui White Duck, Shaoxing Pockmark Duck) and 2 varieties of geese (Shantou Lion Head Goose, Qingyuan Black Bristle Goose) were selected to compare the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in 4 feedstuffs and 4 formulated feeds. The results showed that Sanshui White Duck's ADMD, TDMD, ACPD, TCPD of soybean and cottonseed, TDMD and TCPD of 4 formulated feeds were higher significantly than Shaoxing Pockmark Duck's, respectively. There was no significant difference in the TDMD between 2 varieties of geese. Qingyuan Black Bristle Goose's TCPD of bran was significantly higher than Shantou Lion Head Goose's. It reached some conclusions as follows: the adaptability of nutrition unbalanced of Shaoxing Pockmark Duck was better than that of Sanshui White Duck. Qingyuan Black Bristle Goose had better digestion for feedstuff with high crude fiber, and the requirement of nutrition balanced in feed for Shantou Lion Head Goose was lower.
