摘　　要： 随着我国高考录取条件的放松,大学录取人数越来越多,这就直接导致了毕业生就业越来越难,而高职院校与本科院校相比,其竞争能力较弱,因此高职中女大学生的就业指导工作就显得至关重要。本文主要在分析影响就业因素的前提下,针对性地提出几点建设性意见。深入研究女大学生就业弱势的原因,从本质上解决就业困难,为其提供指导性参考意见,提高就业率。 With the relaxation of the college admission conditions, the number of university admissions is more and more, which led directly to more and more difficult the problem of graduate employment, vocational institutions and colleges, its competitiveness is weakemployment of female students in higher vocational guidance work is vital. In this paper, under the premise of the analysis of impact on employment factors, targeted to make a few constructive comments. In-depth study of female college students vulnerable reasons of employment, to essentially solve the employment difficulties, provide guidance suggestions for raising the employment rate.
