摘 要: 教师学习是指教师自发地为解决在实际教育教学过程中所遇到的问题而进行的自主学习。本文在分析我国教师学习内涵的基础上,提出了教师学习的制约因素。基于此,应采取有效措施改进教师的自主学习。 Teacher learning is that the teachers spontaneously to solve the problems encountered in the actual teaching process carried out independent action learning.
