摘　　要： 目前,我国高职院校正逐步向具有社会企业属性的现代高职院校转变,高职院校的发展从本质上说是一种社会创业。因此,高职院校需要进行组织转型,从传统的事业型组织向创业型组织进行转变,在此过程中,组织创新是建立创业型高职院校的重要路径。 Nowadays, China＇s higher vocational college is experiencing from the traditional one to the modem type which has attributes of social enterprise and it＇ s development is a kind of social entrepreneurship. Thus it＇ s nee- essary for higher vocational college to Change from a traditional Non-profit organization to social entrepreneurial one. During such process, organization innovation is an important access to building an entrepreneurial college.
