摘 要: 为了解决因服务过程响应不及时,故障诊断不准确,维修成本高等导致客户投诉,影响企业竞争力的问题,设计了一种挖掘机机载终端和远程监诊技术服务专家系统。介绍了基于无线网络的智能挖掘机在线技术服务系统总体结构,实现了生产厂家对挖掘机远程在线监诊、售后服务和融资租赁等功能,提升了企业产品的竞争力。 Postponed after-sale service, inaccurate faults diagnosis and high maintenance cost are the main factors to cause customer complaints and affect enterprise competitiveness. To solve these problems, a terminal device installed on the excava- tor and an expert system for remotely monitoring and diagnosing technical services were desgined in this paper. It was intro- duced that the architecture of wireless network-based technical services system for intelligent excavator. Thus the manufactur- ing plant not only monitors and diagnoses the excavaotr online and remotely, but also monitors after sale service and finance lease, etc. As a result, the competitiveness of the products is promoted to a large extent.
