摘 要: 分析讨论了蒸汽折标系数对原油蒸馏装置能耗指标及用能方案的潜在影响,采用国家标准(GB/T 50441-2007)中的蒸汽折标系数,工艺物流自产低压蒸汽有利于装置单位综合能耗的降低。但综合分析表明原油蒸馏装置工艺物流自产蒸汽的折标过程中,只考虑了能量的数量,忽略了能量的质量,其合理性存疑。应结合热力学第二定律,合理调整自产蒸汽的折标系数。 The impact of steam standard oil coefficients on energy-consumption indexes and optimal energy-use plan of crude oil distillation units is analyzed in this paper.When the steam standard oil co-efficients in the National Standard (GB/T 50441-2007) are used,the low pressure steam producing from process steams is helpful for decreasing the unit energy-consumption of equipment.During calculating the steam standard oil coefficients,the quantity is only considered,but the quality is unreasonably ignored.Therefore,the rationality by simply using the steam standard oil coefficients from the National Standard is a little doubtful.The steam standard oil coefficients should be modified by integrating with the second law of thermo dynamics on the basis of the energy-use situations.
