摘 要: 分析某雷达关键件——支臂零件的结构特点,制定支臂的加工工艺流程,并进行相应的液压夹具设计。实践证明:采用该专用夹具可使该零件的加工时间缩短50%以上,加工质量和加工精度明显提高,增强了企业竞争力。 The machining process of critical component (named arm part) was set down through analyzing its structure characteristics. The clamp was designed according to its process. Practice has proved that the time cost on machining is decreased by 50% at least, and the machining quality and precision are improved. So the enterprise's competitive ability is improved.
