不同菌株固态生料发酵棉籽粕的研究

摘  要: 研究了微生物固态生料发酵对棉籽粕中游离棉酚和蛋白质含量变化的影响。利用12株菌固态生料发酵棉籽粕筛选出高效脱除棉酚菌株和产蛋白酶能力最佳的菌株,在此基础上进行菌株复配发酵棉籽粕。结果表明:单菌棉籽粕固态发酵实验中地衣芽孢杆菌Bl2脱毒效果最佳,脱毒率为42.7%,水溶性蛋白含量8.2%,小肽含量4.19%;产蛋白酶能力较强菌株为Bs1和Bs3,蛋白酶酶活力分别为43.8 U/mL和43.6 U/mL;混菌组合发酵中,从脱毒率和营养价值改善考虑,Bl2+Cu1为最佳组合,其脱毒率为50.03%,水溶性蛋白含量为9.11%,小肽含量为6.98%。混菌发酵效果优于单菌发酵。 Twelve strains were used to the solid - state fermentation of uncooked cottonseed meal, and the detoxification efficiency of free gossypol and change of soluble proteins as well as small peptides in un- cooked cottonseed meal were studied. The results showed that Bacillus licheniformis (BI2) had the best detoxification efficiency of 42. 7%, the content of soluble proteins and small peptides were 8.2% and 4. 19%. Bsl and Bs3 had high capacity of producing protease, and their activities of protease were 43.8 U/mL and 43.6 U/mL. For the combinations of B12 and Candida utilis ( Cul ), the detoxification effi- ciency of free gossypol (50. 03% ) was better, and the content of soluble proteins and small peptides were 9. 11% and 6. 98%. Mixed culture of microorganisms fermentation was better than sole.
