摘 要: 温度是工业对象中一个主要的被控参数,随着通讯等精密领域的发展,高精度的温度控制仪有了极其广泛的应用前景。由于温度控制系统大都含有纯滞后环节,容易引起系统超调和振荡以及系统参数的变化,这种随机产生和不可准确预计的变化,无疑地增加了高精度温度控制的难度。论文针对高精度温度控制,设计并研制的温度控制仪,具有控制精度高、控制温度范围大、制冷响应速度快等优点。 Temperature is a primary parameter for industrial controlled object. As the development of exact science as communication, the temperature controller with high precision has foreground. Because of lag, the temperature control system parameters are easy to change and overshoot and surge can be generated. These changes increase the difficulty of high precision control.Based on the analysis of characteristics and methods of temperature control, a temperature control system designed which has the advantages such as high control precision, large temperature range and rapid coohng response time.
