摘 要: 利用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对3种不同分子量的聚己内酯(PCL)晶体多重熔融转变行为进行了研究,发现多重熔融转变现象具有等温结晶温度(Tc)依赖性和升温速率依赖性。随着Tc的降低,多重熔融转变越来越明显;相同升温速率下,PCL的高温熔融峰值相同;随着升温速率的增大,晶体同时受升温退火与仪器的热迟滞影响,熔点呈现先降低后升高的趋势。 The multiple melting transformation of three samples of poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) isothermally crystallized between --8℃ to 20℃ at different heating rate was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. The effects on the multiple melting transformation of PCL crystals caused by the isothermal crystallization temperature (Tc) and the heating rate were studied. With the increasing of the molecular weight of PCL, or with the increasing of the DSC heating rate, or with the decreasing of the Tc, the multiple melting transformation became more and more obvious.
