摘 要: 研究选用的斜发沸石矿物材料属单斜面晶系,颜色为白色、淡黄色,硬度为4左右,介电常数为7.0~7.5,比重为2.16。扫描电镜图表明,该斜发沸石呈宽板条状,细板条状、不规则粒状等,粒径在0.02~0.05mm,长宽比为4:1。化学成分分析表明,w(SiO2)为69.12%,w(Al2O3)为11.27%,w(CaO)为7.13%,w(K2O)为2.26%,w(NaO)为1.94%,烧失量为9.12%,w(H2O)为7.38%。X射线衍射表明,衍射峰以斜发沸石为主,杂质为石英。将其作为接触氧化填料用于处理生活污水,出水水质可以达到国家规定的相关排放标准。 Abstract:The clinoptilolite mineral materials in this study belong to monoclinic crystal system with the white and light yellow color the hardness of about 4, dielectric constant between 7.0 and 7.5 and specific gravity of 2.16 The scanning electron microscope picture shows that this clinoptilolite is wide board strips, thin board strips, irregular granular etc. , grain diameter is between 0.02 and 0.05mm, length-width ratio is 4 "- 1. The chemical composition analysis shows that SiO2 is 69. 12wt%, A1203 is 11. 27 wt%, CaO is 7. 13 wt%, K20 is 2.26 wt%, NaO is 1.94 wt%, ignition loss is 9.12 wt%, H20 is 7.38 wt%. X-ray diffraction shows that diffraction peak is mainly caused by clinoptilolite and the impurity is SiO2. The clinoptilolite is used for treating sewage as contact oxidation filler, the effluent can achieve state relevant discharge standard.
