摘　　要： 团队合作所产生的创造力已经成为科技领域的主要发展动力和创新模式。随着团队运作的不断成熟,团队知识创造行为会局限于已形成的惯例、程序和观念,限制了成员创新行为的选择,产生团队核心刚性,导致团队创造力的下降。针对这一现实问题,基于惯例视角,运用演化博弈理论研究团队创造力的演化过程以及演化稳定策略,探讨有利于合作知识创造的成本、收益分配机制以及监督与惩罚机制,并通过数值分析证明了结论的正确性。最后根据研究结论对高校科研团队创造力的有序和持续演化提出了理论建议。 Team creativity has been main development force and innovation mode. With the development of team operation, actions of team knowledge creation are limited to routine, program and idea, which restrict the innova- tion action choice of member. It will produce team core rigidity and lead to depression of team creativity. Aim at the very rigorous problem of reality, this paper applies evolutionary game theory to analyze evolutionary process and stable strategy of team creativity based on routine and discusses the cost, income distribution and supervisor and punishment mechanism. Then we apply numerical calculation to confirm the correctness of the result. At last, we provide theory advice on orderly and continued evolution of university research team according to research re- suits.
