摘　　要： 主要阐述了青梅的营养保健价值,对青梅的加工现状作了简单介绍,并预测了青梅的发展前景,即青梅的综合利用和保健品的开发将成为青梅加工的发展方向。 In this paper, nutritive value heahhcare of Prunus mume is elaborated, the present situation is briefly introduced, and the development prospect is also forecasted, namely synthesized utilization and health-care food will become the development aspects of Prunus mume in the future.
