摘　　要： 论文以美国《数字千年版权法》和我国《信息网络传播权保护条例》为法律范本,就两者关于信息网络传播保护的相关重要规定,包括合理使用问题、技术保护措施、I S P免责条款以及权利管理信息等条款进行对比分析,比较中美两国对于网络环境下信息传播版权保护的相同点和不同点,从而揭示美国版权法对我国版权法制订的参考和借鉴意义。 Taking ＂Digital Millennium Copyright Act＂ and ＂Information Network Dissemination Right Protection Rule＂ as legal models, this paper carries on the contrast analysis of the two models regarding the related important stipulation about information network dissemination fight protection, including fair use, technology protection measures, I S P disclosure as well as right management information and so on. It compares with China and America in the same spot and different spot regarding information dissemination copyright protection under the network environment, thus promulgates the reference significance of American copyright law to our country.
