摘　　要： 桉树是我国重要的造林树种之一,种植面积很大,因而桉叶的生物量非常巨大。开发利用桉叶可提高桉树种植的经济效益,并能保护环境,具有重要意义。桉叶中具有多种生物活性成分,本文综述了国内外多年来对桉叶抗氧化成分及抗氧化活性的研究进展,系统地介绍了桉叶抗氧化作用的相关研究、开发和利用的情况及展望,旨在为桉叶抗氧化活性物质综合利用的相关研究提供参考。 Eucalyptus is one of the most important plantation tree species in China,and the annual output of eucalyptus leaves is enormous. It is significant for improving the economy benefit and protecting environment to take full advantage of eucalyptus leaves. Eucalyptus leaves extraction is abundant in antioxidant activity constituents,such as terpenoids,flavonoids and tannins. In this paper,recent progress of antioxidant constituents and antioxidant activities at home and abroad were introduced. What＇s more,some related research,development and utilization and prospects of antioxidant activities of eucalyptus leaves,were systematically introduced,so as to offer a reference for eucalwtus leaves further studies.
