摘 要: 对华南地区重要外来入侵物种胜红蓟挥发物及其渣液的化感作用进行了研究,以揭示该物种的入侵机制。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取胜红蓟地上部分的挥发油,以白菜、油菜和萝卜3种蔬菜种子为供试对象,用种子萌发法测定了胜红蓟挥发物及其渣液的化感作用活性。结果表明,胜红蓟的茎叶在密闭系统中产生的挥发性物质对白菜、油菜和萝卜的幼苗生长有显著抑制作用,白菜根长、苗高和鲜质量分别比对照减少10.8%,5.6%和9.1%,油菜分别比对照减少26.7%,15.7%和8.3%,萝卜分别比对照减少24.1%,19.2%和9.8%。不同浓度的渣液对白菜、油菜和萝卜的幼苗生长也有显著抑制作用,且抑制作用随浓度增大而增强。当渣液浓度为0.01,0.10,1.00g/mL时,与对照相比,白菜根长分别减少48.1%,81.2%和100.0%,苗高分别减少1.7%,5.1%和100.0%,鲜质量分别减少11.1%,16.7%和100.0%。油菜根长分别减少30.2%,83.1%和100.0%,苗高分别减少4.2%,9.7%和100.0%,鲜质量分别减少8.3%,25.0%和100.0%。萝卜根长分别减少48.4%,81.0%和100.0%,苗高分别减少29.7%,34.1%和100.0%,鲜质量分别减少24.6%,36.2%和100.0%。胜红蓟挥发物及其渣液具有化感作用。 Abstract: The aims of this research were to investigate allelopathic potentials of volatile matter and its residue liquid from Ageratum conyzoides L. in South China to reveal invading mechanism of the matter, the seeds of three vegetalbes, including Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino, Brassica chinensis L. and Raphanus sativus L. were used as tested object, by which volatile oil of aboveground parts of Ageratum conyzoides L. was extracted by steam distilation. The activities of allelopathic poten- tials of volatile matter and its residue liquid from Ageratum conyzoides L. were determined by seeds ger- mination. The result showed that the volatiles released from leaves and stems of Ageratum conyzoides L. n an airproof system significantly inhibited the seedling growth of Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino, Brassica chinensis L. and Raphanus sativus L.. Compared with the control, root length, shoot length and fresh weight of Brassica carnpestris L. ssp. chinensis (L.) Makino decreased by 10.8%, 5.6% and 9.1% respectively;those of Brassica chinensis L. decreased by 26.7%,15.7% and 8.3% re- spectively;and those of Raphanus sativus L. decreased by 24. l%,19.2% and 9.8% respectively. Residue liquid of Ageratum conyzoides L. also significantly inhibited the seedling growth of the three tested vege- tables species. The inhibition of the essential oils was enhanced with increase of its concentration. When the concentrations of liquid residue was 0.01 g/mL,0.10 g/mL and 1.00 g/mL,compared with the con- trol,root length,shootlength and fresh weight of Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis (L.)
