摘 要: 鱼粉中的组胺用0.1 N HCl提取,提取液被吸到小滤纸片,滤纸片设定到电泳用滤纸上,1000 V电压电泳10 min后,通过干燥,发色,组胺就能从组氨酸等干扰物中分离出来。本方法能同时检测多个样品而且检测组胺的最低浓度值在10 mg/kg。 Histamine was extracted with 0.1 N HCI, and absorbed to a paper - disc, which was set on the filter pa- per. The electrophoresis paper containing the sample was set on the electrophoresis holder and immersed in the electropho- resis buffer. The electrophoresis paper holder was set into the electrophoresis apparatus chamber. The apparatus ran at 800 V for 10 min. The paper was then dried, and colour development. Gizzerosine could be satisfactorily detected and completely pie samples separated from the histidine and other interferential compounds. This method can simultaneously detect multi- and the lowest concentration of the detection of histamine was 10 mg/kg.
