摘　　要： 运用教学测量学的原理和方法,对2009级医学影像专业、医学检验专业学生医学统计学期末考试试卷的质量进行评估,从试卷的信度、难度、区分度和对成绩分布几方面进行分析。试卷体系较全面,区分度良好,在今后的医学统计学教学中应根据各个专业的特点做到因材施教和因人施教。 To evaluate the effect of teaching of medical statistics for further teaching reform by analyzing the final examination scores of medical statistics for medical students with different majors. The reliability, difficulty, and discrimination coefficient of the final exami- nation paper were calculated, respectively;the scores of the final examination were analyzed. The results showed that the examination e- valuated the students completely and objectively on understanding the course,the further teaching should be based on the characteristics of the different major students.
