摘　　要： 当代中国的正义问题涉及三个子问题:(1)我们应该追求什么样的正义?(2)对于分配正义,我们最需要关注什么?(3)我们应该如何看待正义批判?从历史唯物主义的视角看,中国所要追求的正义应是崇尚契约精神与人的内在价值的正义;与其关注分配正义本身,不如关注制约分配正义的权力和市场等背景因素,因为正是这些因素制约着分配正义的产生及其实现;正义批判虽然属于意识形态批判,但它对于当代中国的制度完善与社会进步有着独特的价值。 From the Perspective of Historical Materialism, three questions about the issue of justice in contemporary China are examined in this paper： （1） What kind of justice should we pursue？ （2） For distributive justice, what do we need to concern about？ （3） How to look at the critique of justice？ The contemporary China should pursue the justice which emphasizes contractual spirit and the intrinsic val- ue of human. It is important to pay more attention to the background factors of distributive justice such as the elements of the public power and the market behind it than to the distributive justice itself, for the key of solving the distributive justice in China lies in solving the background factors such as the elements of the public power and the market. Although the critique of justice is subject to the critique of ideology, it is helpful for the development of social institution and social progress in China with distinctive value.
