摘 要: 采用湿化学法制备了低温固体氧化物燃料电池(LT-SOFCs)阳极材料NiO、阴极材料LSCF(La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3)和电解质材料GDC(Gd0.1Ce0.9O1.95)粉体。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明三种粉体成相良好,没有杂相存在。采用湿化学法合成的粉体成功制备了GDC膜电解质阳极支撑型固体氧化物燃料电池,并对单电池的电化学性能和稳定性进行了分析和研究。单电池在加湿氢气(3%H2O)燃料中,600℃下最大输出功率密度达384 mW/cm2,并在550℃下经历了约12 h的稳定性测试,输出电压恒定,电池稳定性良好。 NiO anode material, LSCF (La0.8Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3) cathode material and GDC (Gd0.1Ce0.9O1.95) electrolyte powder for low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (LT-SOFCs) were synthesized by wet-chemical method. The XRD patterns show that three kinds of as-prepared powders present the expected structure without impurity phases. The anode-supported GDC electrolyte membrane solid oxide fuel cells were successfully fabricated. The electrochemical performance and stability of single cell were tested and investigated. With moist hydrogen as fuel, the single cell exhibits the maximum power density of 384 mW/cm2 at 600℃ and experiences the stability test of 12 hours. The results indicate that the output voltage of the cell is stable and the stability of cell prepared by wet-chemical method is good.
