摘　　要： 建立高职毕业生延伸服务体系,需依托"两项"条件保障和"三个"平台的搭建,为学生提供职业生涯规划延伸、创新创业延伸、岗位技术延伸、继续教育延伸、心理及职业辅导延伸等服务。这一体系有利于提升毕业生的职业发展力,促进学校教育教学的改革,使学校就业工作从"被动"向"主动"转变,实现就业的转型升级。 The construction of extension service system for higher vocational school graduates should rely on assurance of two kinds of conditions and construction of three service platforms,which should try to provide service for students including professional career planning extension,innovation and entrepreneurship extension,post technology extension,further education extension and mental and professional assistance extension.The system is good for enhancing graduates＇ professional development abilities,promoting reform of education and teaching,making the employment work transform from passiveness to positivity,and realizing transformation and upgrading of employment.
