摘 要: 采用光谱法研究了2,6-二(苯并咪唑-2')吡啶(bbp)的抗氧化活性,及其与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和DNA的相互作用。实验结果表明,bbp能有效清除ABTS自由基,具有较好的抗氧化活性;bbp与BSA相互作用,改变了血清蛋白的空间构象,同时引起酪氨酸残基所处微环境极性的变化;通过粘度实验验证了bbp能以插入方式与DNA结合。实验结果对揭示bbp在药物化学应用中的作用机理提供重要信息。 The antioxidant activity of 2, 6-bis (benzimidazol-2-yl) pyridine (bbp) and its interaction with bovine serum albumin (BSA) and calf thymus DNA were investigated by spectroscopy. The results showed that bbp could effectively scavenge the ABTS free radicals, demonstrating its strong antioxidant activity, bbp could cause the change in the configuration of BSA through interaction with tyrosine residue,leading to changes in the tyrosine residues microenvironment polarity. Viscosity exprimental results also showed that bbp could bind to DNA in the form of insert mode. This study could provide important information for elucidation of the action mechanisms of bbp in medicinal chemistry.
