无碳复写纸用微胶囊的荧光防伪性能研究

摘  要: 本文通过将荧光试剂溶于含有结晶紫内酯(CVL)的芯材中制备出具有荧光效果的微胶囊,并用于无碳复写纸中。分别通过激光共聚焦显微镜和分光密度计测试无碳复写纸的荧光效果和显色密度。实验发现,对含单一荧光试剂的纸样,荧光效果由强到弱依次为含蓝色、红色和黄色荧光试剂的无碳复写纸,显色密度优于不加荧光试剂的样品;综合来看,对含两种荧光试剂的纸样,红蓝荧光试剂复配(二者质量比为3∶7)所得样品的荧光效果最好,其次为黄蓝荧光试剂复配(二者质量比为3∶7),最差为红黄荧光试剂复配(二者质量比为5∶5)。两种荧光试剂复配得到的无碳复写纸的荧光强度比用单一荧光试剂得到的荧光强度和显色密度好。通过色差测试,红蓝荧光试剂复配的色差最明显,其次为黄蓝荧光试剂复配,最差为红黄荧光试剂复配。 This paper adopted fluorescent reagents and the microencapsulation technology for preparing the NCR ( non-carbon required) with security function. The fluorescence intensity and color density were examined by CLSM and spectral density meter X-Rite, respectively. It was found that with the samples containing a single fluorescent reagent, the fluorescent effect from strong to weak was blue, red and yellow and the color density were all better than that without fluorescent reagent. On the whole, compared with the results of the patterns containing the com- pound of two kinds of fluorescent reagents, the compound of red and blue fluorescent reagents ( mass ratio 3: 7) was the best, the next was the compound of yellow and blue ones (mass ratio 3: 7) , and the worst was the com- pound of red and yellow ones(mass ratio 5: 5). The fluorescent intensity and color density of NCR with the com- pound of two fluorescent reagents were better than those with single fluorescent reagent. By chromatic aberration, the best results were acquired when the red and blue fluorescence agent were compounded, the next were acquired when the yellow and blue fluorescence agent were compounded, and the worst were acquired when the red and yellow fluorescence agent were compounded.
