摘 要: 本文主要探讨管理咨询的方法与价值。文章提出管理咨询对客户的增值过程可以发生在咨询的各种环节,而增值是以满足客户真实咨询需求为导向,以新生知识和知识转移为特征的。文章通过实际的咨询案例展示了这种特征。通过案例分析,也说明了为满足客户需求在咨询方法上的灵活性。同时,文章给出了针对具体案例的薪酬和激励问题的解决思路。 This paper discusses the methods of management consulting and value. The paper presents the management con sulting customers valueadded process can occur in consultation with a variety of links, and valueadded is to meet customers' real needs for adviceoriented, characterized by emerging knowledge and knowledge transfer. Through actual consulting case, the article shows this characteristic. Through case studies, and also illustrates the flexibility to meet customer needs in a consultative approach. At the same time, the article gives the solution of the case-specific pay and incentive ideas.
