摘　　要： 由于英、法军事部门的残酷统治及华工群体内部的"痼疾"导致了一战赴法华工中产生了大量"黑号"。旅法侨界为了维护侨界良好的"中国形象"一方面加强了对旅法华工的道德教育力度,另一方面积极谋求法国政府在侨工管理制度上的变革,以图消除"黑号"产生的根源,但以失败告终。而由于"黑号"的不良影响及法人的恶意扭曲,华工的整体形象也发生了蜕变。 Because the cruel rule of Britain and France＇ s military sector, the vices of Chinese labor group, there are so many ＂Lost No. Workers＂ generate in the Chinese labor group. In order to maintain the good image of China, the Overseas Chinese in France takes many measures. On the one hand, they give moral educations to the Chinese labors in many aspects. On the other hand, in order to eliminate the source of ＂Lost No. Workers＂ , they try to ask the French government change their management methods of Chinese labors, but they didn＇ t succeed. Because the adverse effects of ＂Lost No. Workers＂ and the hostility publicize of the French, the image of Chinese labors in France has changed.
