摘　　要： 该文介绍了德国鲁尔区发展历程及主要成效,针对青岛北部城区现状及主要问题,结合鲁尔区经济结构调整的经验,提出了提升青岛北部城区功能的对策。 The development course and main achievements of Ruhr region in Germany are introduced in this paper. With the experiences of Ruhr in economic structure adjustment, the relevant strategies are also raised by the authors to promote the city function of north Qingdao on the basis of the status quo and the major issues.
