摘　　要： 通过对2005年至2010年衡阳市蔬菜水果质量安全例行抽检结果进行比较分析,发现衡阳市近年来蔬菜水果农药残留指标整体上控制在全国农药残留超标率10.0%规定范围之内。2～7月,蔬菜水果中的农药残留超标率很低;8～10月,农药残留超标率明显上升,并且超标品种主要是豆类、叶菜类等蔬菜。建议加大检测力度,加强农药的监督管理,广泛宣传农产品质量安全知识,进一步提高蔬菜水果质量安全水平。 By comparing the results of vegetables and fruits quality and safety of routine sampling from 2005 to 2010 in Hengy ang, we found that pesticide residue index of vegetables and fruits were controlled within 10.0 % of provisions of national pes- ticide residues. From Feb. to July, the pesticide residue index of vegetables and fruits was very low, but it had an obvious in- crease from Aug. to Oct. and it mainly resulted from beans and leaf vegetable etc. In order to further improve the quality and safety level of vegetables and fruits, we suggested that the testing times in dlifferent areas should be increased, the supervision and administration of pesticides should be strengthende, the quality and salty knowledge about agricultural products should be widely publicized.
