摘 要: 输电线路舞动会导致相间闪络、金具损坏、绝缘子损坏等现象,严重情况下,还会出现线路断线、杆塔倒塌等事故.为了减少舞动对输电线路的危害,研究开发输电线路舞动在线监测系统,对于确保输电线路的安全稳定运行具有重大意义,而线路舞动预警判据的建立则是系统实现的关键.从舞动对线路危害的角度出发,利用弹性材料的胡克定律,在线路张力判据的研究中分别推导舞动线路的水平张力方程式和高悬挂点的垂直张力方程式,提出输电线路舞动的线路张力判据;同时,根据舞动幅值与相间距离的关系建立相间距离判据.这2种判据的建立为输电线路舞动在线监测系统的预警提供了理论支持,具有较大的应用价值. Transmission line galloping can cause inter-phase flashover, hardware fittings damage, insulator breakdown and so on. In severe cases, galloping results in line breaking and tower collapsing. In order to reduce the galloping damage, An on-line monitoring system was developed in this paper to ensure the safe and stable operation of power transmission lines. The key point of the system is to establish the warning criterions. The horizontal tension equation and vertical ten- sion equation in high pendant vertex were presented based on the elastic material of the Hooke's law. And the line tension criterion was proposed. According to the relationship between the gal- loping amplitude and phase distance, the phase distance criterion was also established The two criterions provide a theoretical support for on-line monitoring system's early warning about transmission lines' galloping. They have great application value.
