摘 要: 植物油加标后依次经过浓硫酸磺化、多段混合硅胶柱和氧化铝柱净化,采用高分辨气相色谱/高分辨质谱同位素稀释法对其中的17种2,3,7,8-氯取代二噁英类化合物进行测定。实验结果表明,用该法分析植物油样品,PCDD/Fs提取内标的平均回收率为60%~109%,RSD<8.10%,植物油样品平行四次的平均回收率为78.5%~100.3%,RSD为2.2%~8.4%,结果符合EPA1613的要求,证明应用该实验方法分析植物油中二噁英类化合物是准确可靠的。 A method was evaluated for the determination of seventeen kinds of 2, 3, 7, 8--substitituted polychlorinated dibermo--p--dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCI)D/Fs) in vegetable oil sample by isotope dilution high resolution gas chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry (HRGC/HRMS). Sample was cleaned up successively with sulfonation reaction, multi--layer silica gel column and alumina gel column. The results showed that the recoveries were in the range of 60%-109%,RSD〈8.10%, average recoveries (n=4) of vegetable oil were 78.5%-100. 3%, RSD was 2.2%-8.4%, the results conformed to EPA1613. It is proved that the experimental method for the analysis of FCDD/Fs in vegetable oil is reliable.
