摘 要: 社会是不断发展的,企业也应适应时代的步伐不断地发生变化,客户在变化,竞争者在变化,环境在变化,企业永远不会保持静止,对于一些员工而言,环境的变化常常会使他们无所适从,培训显得非常重要,通过培训以提高他们的技能。培训是一种很重要的员工培养手段和建立高素质员工队伍的有效途径,也是当前许多管理者面临的一个很重要的课题。从家乐福的员工培训策略出发,浅谈员工的培训在现代企业中的地位和作用。 To keep up with times, an enterprise has to gear to the continuous development of the society. And en- terprises will never be in a still state because of the changing customers, competitors and environment. However, some employees lost themselves in the changing environment and dont know what to do, then, the training of im- proving their skills becomes very important for them. Training is a very important method to improve the employees' skill and it is also an effective way to make a high - quality work team, meanwhile, it is also a critical subject for today's managers. This paper attempts to explore the role and effect in the training of employees from the perspective of employees' training strategy in Carrefour.
