摘 要: 高校突发事件容易造成人员伤亡或财产损失,处理不当则会对学校的知名度和美誉度构成威胁。从危机公关的角度来说,可以采取如下应对策略:成立危机管理机构,统筹校方行动;掌控突发事件信息,引导公众舆论;区分危机公关对象,分类进行处理;事后评估各项措施,重塑高校形象。 The Emergence Events in Colleges are tend to cause casualties or property losses, which also can affect the popularity and competitiveness of the colleges. The college needs to carry on the crisis public relations to deal with the emergence events. There are many strategies in crisis public relations, such as establishing crisis manage- ment institutions to coordinate actions of the college, controlling relevant information to guide the public opinion, distinguishing objects to take different measures, evaluating the measures after dealing with the emergence events and then reshaping the image of the college.
