摘　　要： 为适应我国中医药事业发展对中药学专门人才的迫切需求,完善中药学人才培养体系,创新中药学人才培养模式,提高中药学专业人才培养质量,实现从以培养学术型人才为主向以培养应用型人才为主转变。我校中药学硕士专业学位建设紧密结合我省和区域经济社会发展需求,从优化课程体系设置,完善校-企"两段式,双导师"培养模式,建立专业学位建设经费保障体系,加强师资队伍和实践教学基地建设,建立和完善中药学专业学位教育管理与评价体系,正确协调学术型与专业学位关系等方面来探讨,为中药学硕士专业学位培养模式的提供一些的借鉴。 In order to adapt to the development of traditional Chinese medicine to pharmacy talent demand, to improve TCM talents cultivation system, to innovate the TCM talents training mode, to improve the quality of personnel training in TCM, to achieve the transformation of priority from developing academic talents to cultivating applied talents, TCM professional master degree construction in my university is in close combination of our province and regional economic and social development needs, establishing funds ensuring system of professional degree construction, from optimizing curriculum system, ilnproving the training mode of school--enterprise ＂two sections type, double tutors＂, strengthening persons being qualified to teach and practice base construction, building and perfecting education management and evaluation system of professional degree in TCM, treating on proper coordination of academic and professional degree relations and so on, providing some references for training model of TCM master professional degree.
