摘　　要： 当前大学生危机事件的数量持续上升，引起社会的普遍重视。我国现行法律体系有关大学生危机事件的规定存在诸多不足，应借鉴国外做法，从立法、执行、追责、宣传等方面加以构建，以减少大学生危机事件发生的几率，维护校园的安全稳定。 Cu rrently, the number of college students crises events continued to rise, which has aroused widespread attention. The provisions of current legal system related to students crises events in China has many deficiencies. Therefore, we should learn from foreign practices and build up our law system in the legislative, executive, accountable, and publicity, in order to reduce the chance of crisis events, to maintain security and stability on campus.
