摘　　要： 微博监控与引导有利于学校管理层及时掌握敏感信息和全面了解学生思想动态;有利于改善学校思想政治教育工作的时效性和实效性。微博监控与引导需要遵循团队作战、积极引导、平等对话等原则。微博应成为大学生网络思想政治教育新阵地。 Microblog monitoring and guidance can help the school management get access to sensitive information in time and know about the ideological trends among college students thus improving the timeliness and effectiveness of college ideological and political education work. Microblog monitoring and guidance must abide by the principles of team work, active guidance and equal dialogue. Microblogs has proven to be a new front for college students＇ ideological education.
