摘　　要： 改革开放以来,我国施行的是"效率优先,兼顾公平"的社会分配原则。对效率的价值目标追求,使得我国经济实现了持续快速增长,但对公平的价值目标仅为"兼顾"也造成了贫富差距的悬殊。中国特色的社会主义奋斗目标决定了贫富悬殊解决的必需性。面临这样一项复杂而艰苦的系统工程,首先必须从行动的纲领入手,制定和实施"效率与公平并重"的社会分配原则。 The goal of distribution system is＂give priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness＂,which is carried out in China for more than 30 years since the reform and opening up to the outside world in our country.The value of pursuing of efficiency makes the China＇s economy to maintain sustained and rapid growth;but the goal of fairness is only for ＂consideration＂,which caused the widen gap between the rich and the poor.The goal of socialist society with Chinese characteristics determines the essential of the polarization between the rich and the poor.The government should formulate and implement ＂Paying Equal Attention to Efficiency and Equity＂ principle to solve the distributional inequality.
