常村煤矿避难硐室供氧系统研究与应用

摘  要: 为完成常村煤矿避难硐室供氧系统的构建,通过理论分析,确定常村煤矿避难硐室"多级供氧系统"的研究内容及地面钻孔、井下压风和生氧净化器3种供氧系统的工作原理;根据温度平衡原理,计算压风系统的供风量为300 L/min;根据人均需氧量及空间影响函数,计算生氧净化器系统96 h,100人的总供氧量为484 m3;根据人均排放二氧化碳情况,计算生氧净化器系统去除二氧化碳所需进风量为468 m3/h;通过净化器药剂压损试验,测得药剂压损随着风速的增加而增大,且当风速大于5 m/s时,压损增加较快;通过打压试验,测定常村煤矿避难硐室进、回风系统可保证硐室内160 Pa正压;研究结论可为避难硐室供氧系统的构建提供科学依据和试验数据。 In order to complete the construction of Changcun Coal Mine refuge haven, the research determined that the contents of multilevel oxygen supply system and principles of ground drilling system, mine pressure ventilation system, oxygen supoly and purification ecluipment system according to theoretical analysis. The air supply volume of mine pressure ventilation system is 300 L/min after calculation according to temperature balance principle. The oxygen supply volume is 484 m^3 in 96 hours for 100 people on the basis of oxygen amount per capita and space function. The air volume is 468 m^3/h to absorb excess carbon dioxide according to the situation of carbon dioxide emission per capita. The pressure loss experiment of chemicals in purification equipment gains the conclusions that the faster wind, the more pressure loss and the pressure loss increases significantly when the wind speed overpasses 5 m/s. The deployment experiment gains the conclusion that the air difference inside. The research can provide tem of refuge haven. supply and returning system can keep the scientific basis and experimental data for th refuge haven 160 Pa pressure e construction of air supply system of refuge haven.
