摘 要: 公民通过网络平台自主参选人大代表,是2011年中国地方人大代表选举中的一个重要现象。但是,先前的研究所提供的基本知识,已经难以回答公民自主参选过程中的新问题。以网络和面访资料为基础,本文的基本发现是,在2011年的县乡人大代表选举中,参选主体和动机更加走向了多元化;参选主体的竞选策略也更为多样化;群体化竞选已经初具轮廓;选举结果表明,自主参选的公民仍然只占法定选民中的极少数,选民在整体上仍然对公民的自主参选现象持比较冷漠的态度。 One important phenomenon in China's 2011 local People's Congress elections in that some citizens join the election campaign through network. But the basic knowledge of the previous researches could not answer the new questions raised from citizens" independent campaign. Based on the network and face to face interview, this paper finds that the multiple actors accompany the diversiform campaign strategies; the independent candidates form some kinds of group collaboration in the campaign process; but the election outcomes show that only a few citizens are interested in the independent campaign, and the voters still keep apathy to the independent candidates.
