摘 要: 为了解决1000系列谷物联合收获机在收获粗茎秆和潮湿作物时抖动板出现堆积的问题,本文从抖动板传动机构的曲柄转速进行理论分析,探寻抖动板发生堆积现象的机理,提高联合收获机工作稳定性。通过分析曲柄理论转速和实际转速之间的关系,确定工作状态下物料被抛离时,传动机构中曲柄的实际转速n=345r/min,为抖动板的改进提供理论依据,并揭示了抖动板结构尺寸改进的合理性。 In order to solve the problem of accumulation of oscillating plate when Series 1000 Grain Combine harvests thick stalk crops and wet crops, this paper carried out theoretical analysis for crank rotating speed of transmission mechanism of oscillating plate,and investigated the accumulation phenomenon mechanism of oscillating plate so as to enhance the working stability of combines. Through analyzing the relationship between theoretical crank rotating speed and practical rotating speed, it is confirmed that the optimal practical crank rotating speed is n= 345 r/min when crops are thrown away under working condition, which provides theoretical basis for the improvement of oscillating plate and proves the rationality to improve the structural dimension of oscillating plate.
