摘 要: 本研究成功地以放电等离子烧结方法将W和Ti3SiC2块体连接,得到界面结合良好、组织均匀、晶粒细小、没有明显缺陷的界面组织,通过生成以WC和W2C为主的过渡层,连接界面形成了冶金结合,为陶瓷与金属材料的连接提供了一条新途径。 W and Ti3SiC2 were successfully joined together by spark plasma sintering technique.A strong binding interface with uniform fine grains and without significant defects was obtained,which paving a new way for joining ceramics and metals.Metallurgical bonding was obtained at the joint interface by forming intermediate layers composed of mostly WC and W2C.
