摘 要: 研究了生产中常用的分散翠蓝S-GL、分散艳红S-BEL、分散艳蓝SE-2R和分散紫HFRL四只染料的应用性能,包括扩散性、分散性、上染率、提升性、移染性和配伍性等。结果表明,分散紫HFRL具有较好的扩散性,分散翠蓝S-GL的移染性最好,四只染料的分散性均较好,提升性都是优级,但其染色同步性不佳。分散紫HFRL与分散艳红S-BEL的配伍性最好,相互拼色时,需严格控制染液的pH值、升温速率、保温温度和保温时间,以获得稳定的色光。 Dyeing behaviors of four disperse dyes (disperse blue S-GL, disperse violet HFRL, disperse blue SE-2R and disperse red S-BEL) on polyester fiber are analyzed, such as dispersibility, diffusibility, dye yield, color strength, migration and dye compatibility. The results show that disperse violet HFRL has high diffusibility and good compatibility with disperse red S-BEL, disperse blue S-GL has the best migration property, and the above four dyes have excellent dispersibility and color strength but poor dyeing synchronicities. To achieve stable color tone, dyes should be carefully selected with good compatibility, and dyeing conditions should be strictly controlled, such as pH value of dye bath, heating rate, as well as dyeing temperature and time.
