摘 要: 分别配置COD值为30、50、80 mg/L,色度为10、30、50倍和电导率为500、1 000、1 500μS/cm的9种模拟回用水对棉及涤棉织物进行前处理,结果发现,这些回用水对棉及涤棉织物的退浆煮练效果基本没有影响;而漂白工艺是否采用回用水,则与织物品种有一定关系,其中,对纯棉织物的白度和强力保留率有一定降低,需慎重选用,对涤棉织物,白度和强力保留率均没有大的影响;棉和涤棉织物采用回用水丝光后其钡值均下降,不建议采用。 Pretreatment of cotton and polyester/cotton fabric is carried out with 9 simulated wastewater with COD of 30,50, 80 mg/L, color value of 10,30, 50 and conductivity of .500, 1 000, 1 500 μS/cm individually. It is found that the reused wastewater exerts little influence on desizing and scouring results of cotton and polyester-cotton fabric. Bleaching results in wastewater pretreatment depend on the fabric variety, for cotton fabric, whiteness and strength have a certain decrease, while for polyester/cotton fabric, whiteness and strength are almost the same. Mercerization of cotton fabric and polyester/ cotton fabric with reused wastewater has lower barium value compared with that with fresh water, so it is not recommended.
