摘　　要： 高职班主任在“全员育人”工作中起到中流砥柱的作用，在“全过程育人”工作中起到传帮带的作用，在“全方位育人”工作中起到榜样树立的作用，因此高职班主任在三全育人工作中的作用是不可取代的，也是至关重要的。本文将就如何发挥高职班主任在“三全育人”工作中的作用进行探讨。 The vocational head teacher in the ＂Staff Education＂ plays the role of mainstay, in ＂Process-wide Education＂ plays the role in mentoring, in ＂Holistic Education＂ plays the role in setting an example, so the location of vocational head teacher is irreplaceable, and also essential.
